After a year of planning finally Gemma and I met up for lunch at ' Penanghill ' in Shangrila Mall Edsa. We literally see each other once a year but we never lose touch with each other. Gemma for me may be a once a year date but she's a one true friend. We both feel very comfortable in sharing things without the fear of being judged. Like we can tell each other anything and we know that we will understand.
We agreed to meet by lunch because we planned to have a buffet lunch at ' crustasia ', unfortunately na traffic si Gemmz and to make the long story short , I waited for like 2 and a half hours which forced me to go around the mall and read some books at powerbooks. Finally, dumating si Gemmz at medyo basa sha ng ulan dahil sa ' Megamall ' pa sha nag park.
We had our late lunch at ' Penanghill ', kasi naman wala ng buffet ( sigh ). So, matapos namen suyurin ni Gemmz ang strip ng restos Shang Mall para maghanap ng restaurant na may 'madameng serving' ng food hahahhaa , we settled sa 'penanghill'. We ordered this extra ordanaire pineapple rice which is literally served in a pineapple. Galing! and I should say , it tasted so good.
